We are going to have a short meeting at 6PM before the jackpot starts on August 13th. If you have something to discuss, please let me know. We are going to discuss possibly changing the payoff, so that all 4Ds get money before the other Ds get paid 2 spots, we are also wondering if people would rather have added $$ at each jackpot instead of year end awards (besides saddles)...also possibly changing entry fees to $25 for every entry. With no office fee. Please, if you have an opinion, be at the meeting.

We are going to have an awards ceremony a few weeks after the finals. We are hoping to get saddles here. So watch for upcoming news about that!
We are going down 6 places in the open barrels, 3 in open poles. 9 in Youth Barrels. 6 in youth poles. (youth will be done by points, it doesn't matter what D you are in) 10 in peewee barrels and 3 in pee wee poles. We will also have some goodie bags for the other peewee kids.
Dues will be due before points can count for the next year. Dues are $25 and $20 for any extra family members. If anybody has anything they want discussed at the meeting, please let Courtney, Vicki or Stacey know. Many thanks to Vicki for getting us an arena to have a race in every week!
