** I need to know from all members how long you guys want to go into the fall, we have the arena through October, you can text me or facebook me.  Our plan was to go as long as we had participation, when the numbers get low, then stop.  I have also had a suggestion to stop after September.  Please let me know what you want to do!!

It has been suggested that this fall that we run poles at 6 and start barrels directly after, let me know what you think.

Thank you everyone for coming to our awards banquet last night.  Thank you for your patience with the situation at Bamboo Gardens last night.  We were suppose to have a large area, but now we know for the future!

*We had a short meeting last night, we elected the same officers as last year.

*We decided that we are going to charge a $2 office/arena fee to those people that are running time onlys only, there will not be a non-member fee.

*We are going to change our non-member fee to $10 since we are adding money now. Memberships will remain at $25 for 1st member of the family and $20 for additional members.

*We are going to add money to poles throughout year, instead of doing year end awards.  If there are 15 or more entered, we will add $50, 30 or more $100.

If you are running at one of our races and you are not a member and have to leave before the jackpot is over, please give the secretary your name and address, or phone number,  I have some checks for people that I don't have addresses for.  We do the payoff that night in cash.

I have spoke with the fairgrounds, and we have also talked with the county commissioner to try to get the ground better in the roping arena.  We will get it fixed!
