Thank you everyone for coming to our awards banquet last night. Thank you for your patience with the situation at Bamboo Gardens last night. We were suppose to have a large area, but now we know for the future!
*We had a short meeting last night, we elected the same officers as last year.
*We decided that we are going to charge a $2 office/arena fee to those people that are running time onlys only, there will not be a non-member fee.
*We are going to change our non-member fee to $10 since we are adding money now. Memberships will remain at $25 for 1st member of the family and $20 for additional members.
*We are going to add money to poles throughout year, instead of doing year end awards. If there are 15 or more entered, we will add $50, 30 or more $100.
If you are running at one of our races and you are not a member and have to leave before the jackpot is over, please give the secretary your name and address, or phone number, I have some checks for people that I don't have addresses for. We do the payoff that night in cash.
I have spoke with the fairgrounds, and we have also talked with the county commissioner to try to get the ground better in the roping arena. We will get it fixed!
