Just so everybody know, our insurance cost around $400. It is a liability insurance for our club. It does not cover athletic participants. It would be for if a spectator was hurt, if some panels got beat up from a loose horse, etc.

Springtime

It's finally Springtime and we are ready to start. We have a few changes that I want to share with you. The first is that we are now required to provide insurance for our club. We are going to charge $1 extra at all of the lower arena jackpots. Anyone who pays an office fee will have $1 more added to it. This will continue until the insurance is paid.
We are going to change the youth office fee from $5 to $3. Except at the lower arena and it will be $4. ( until insurance is paid)
We are also working with the 4H to try to get an arena. We are going to open up a new division that is only for 4H kids. They will be required to pay their membership and an office fee, but no entry fee. They will receive an end of the year award, that the 4H will help provide. We wAnt this to be a fun way for them to learn more about barrels and poles. You must be a member of a 4H club to enter this, and this is for riders who are just learning. If you are more competitive, please enter the youth division. By adding this division, we now have the opportunity to have an arena to use. Thank you for your support!
